Every piece passes 4 layers of quality control before it ships, so problems are rare. If one slips through, the fix happens at your door: check your parcel in front of the rider so we can make it right on the spot.
4 layers of quality control
Before a piece leaves us it is checked at four stages: the print, the stitching and finish, the size and measurements, and a final pack check. This is why a wrong or damaged item almost never reaches you.
The advance
A ৳500 advance confirms your order. It is non-refundable, but it is deducted from your total, so it is never an extra cost, you only pay the rest to the rider on delivery.
The one exception is below: if a wrong or damaged piece is caught at the door and we cannot replace it, you get a full refund including the advance.
Check your parcel at the door
Open the parcel and check your piece while the rider is still there. If it is the wrong item or it is damaged, do not accept it, hand it back to the rider right away and we will replace it free, or refund the full amount if it is out of stock.
This on-the-spot check is the moment any issue is resolved, so please do not skip it.
Out of stock
If a piece you return at the door is wrong or damaged and we have no replacement in stock, we refund the full amount you paid, including the advance. Each drop is limited, so a replacement is not always available.
What ends the guarantee
Once you accept the parcel from the rider, the piece is yours. If it has been worn, its tags removed, or its packaging opened or damaged, we can no longer replace or refund it.
If there was no issue at delivery and you accepted the parcel, we do not offer a refund or exchange afterward. Each piece is a limited drop assigned to your profile once accepted.
